Willow is a contemporary two-bedroom, two-bathroom property boasting an open living and dining area. It features a luxurious stone kitchen complete with a dishwasher and breakfast bar, along with ducted air-conditioning throughout. Both bedrooms come with stylish ensuites and built-in wardrobes, while outside, you can relax in a small yard and a covered alfresco area.
Our guesthouse lies along the scenic Cudgegong River and is situated just a short stroll away from Mudgee's vibrant CBD; full of popular boutiques, shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, clubs, parks, gardens, pool and water park, Glen Willow sports stadium, and Mudgee Racecourse.
An electric vehicle charging station is conveniently located just one block away! Or leave your car in our secure single lock-up garage and enjoy a bus tour to explore the charming wineries and nearby towns.

In the kitchen you will have use of a five-piece dining setting, highchair, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, teapot, toaster, dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, baking dishes and a rice cooker. We also supply coffee, tea, sugar, milk and butter.
Both bedrooms feature luxury queen sized beds with all linen, extra blankets and pillows. Each bedroom features an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The ensuite to bedroom one also features a bathtub for those who love a relaxing soak after a long day. All bathroom linen, and toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hairdryer, is provided.
We also provide a Port-A-Cot with a bassinet attachment and all linen.
In the single lock-up garage is a laundry equipped with a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink, and laundry detergent.
There is an outdoor setting and barbecue for your use under the covered alfresco area.
Booking Terms
Bookings accommodate up to four people per night. An air-bed can be provided upon request to allow for two extra guests. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than five days prior to a reservation. Partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than five days prior to the day of reservation. No refunds will be issued for failure to turn up to a reservation. Check-in is after 2:00 pm, and check-out before 10:00 am. Guests will be liable for theft and any damage caused to the property during a reservation. Pets, smoking indoors, parties and events are not permitted. Please note this property does not have wheelchair access.
