Luxury serviced accommodation in the heart of Mudgee! Conveniently located within walking distance to shops, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants + pubs. The guesthouse is located conveniently on the banks of the pristine Cudgegong River, and within walking distance to Mudgee's CBD as well as beautiful parks, gardens, Mudgee Pool and Water Park, Glen Willow Sports Stadium, and Mudgee Racecourse. You can even leave your car in our single lock-up garage and take a bus tour to our many wineries and surrounding towns and villages.
Willow is a modern, light filled two bedroom + two bathroom property, with an open plan living and dining area. It has a luxury stone kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast bar, and features ducted air-conditioning throughout. Both bedrooms feature elegant ensuites and built in wardrobes. Outside we have a small yard and a covered alfresco area.
WHAT WE OFFER
In the kitchen + dining we have a five-piece dining setting, a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven,
microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for your use.
Both bedrooms have a Queen sized bed with all linen provided, including extra blankets and pillows.
En-suite to main has a bath, shower and toilet. En-suite to bedroom two has a shower and toilet.
Each bathroom offers a hairdryer, soaps, toilet paper, and towels for your convenience.
There is also an outdoor setting with a barbecue for you to enjoy.
Booking terms
- Bookings allow for 4 people per night.
- Upon making a reservation we require full upfront payment.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of your reservation will receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made 2-7 days before your reservation will receive a 50% refund.
- Any cancellations made the day prior to your reservation, or any no-shows, will not be refunded.
- Check-in is at 2:00 pm, and check-out is 10:00 am.
You will be responsible for any damage caused to the property by you or your party during your stay.
Pets, smoking indoors, and parties or events are not permitted.
Willow is a family and child friendly guesthouse.
